Our process for building brands is disciplined and proven. We combine rigorous investigation, superlative strategic thinking, design and writing excellence with exceptional project management skills. The goal of The Trafalgar Hotel brand refresh is to create a new and reinvigorated brand platform to fuel both internal and external brand communication, while creating synergy with the Strand Palace brand platform. We started with stakeholder interviews, followed by two workshops. From our findings we created a brand platform, with shared values with The Strand Palace. These were bought to life with five brand narratives to educate an internal and external audience. The narratives were accompanied with original illustrations to connect the stories through historical storytelling.
