OAKHILL PARK

Oakhill Park is a collection of luxury apartments in the heart of Putney, South West London.  I worked with the developers and contracted agent to produce all branding design and marketing communications collateral, from off-plan selling to the show home opening. In an area highly populated with new developments, the client required a strong brand to be created that could represent the lifestyle created by these new homes. A logo was created using the traditional stonework also present in the grounds of the development. A prestigious brochure and suite of supporting marketing content was produced for their overseas and UK launch, as well as an extensive advertising campaign. Oakhill Park provides a rare opportunity to buy into an exclusive and unique new development in a spectacular, prime residential setting.
