HOTEL XENIA
As a recent addition to the Autograph Collection, where every hotel is handpicked for its distinctiveness, a refreshed brand refresh proposition and story was required. I delighted to propose a new positioning “Defined by courtesy, refined by culture” which expresses the openness of the hotel staff and its proximity to London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea museums. A new website was launched and their in-hotel printed collateral was revamped to bring it in line with existing hotels in the Collection.
